Well today my prescription was ready to collect (again) and off I went to pick up my top up.
Here is my weapon of choice in fighting off mental illness...
200mg of sertraline a day, keeps the evil away 🤣
For me personally, this seems to work for me at just taking that edge off.
I tried stopping once! Not trying that again 🥴
If you want to stop medication then please speak with your GP first.
Don't just think thats everything is fine now and just stop. Sudden withdrawal can make things even bloody worse!
Is this now my normality to having a 'normal' life? 😕
Don't be shy, come join in and drop a comment below...
- Do you take any meds?
- Do you feel the need to take them?
- What are your side affects like if you have any?
- Ever had to up your dosage or change your weapon of choice?
- Ever considered an alternative which may not be prescribed by a GP?
Let me know! I'd really be interested in what you all think 🙂
Love Always 💚
